The Basics

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, your item needs to be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, tags on, in its original packaging — and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping is on you.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?

Give your order a once-over as soon as it arrives. If something's defective, damaged, or just plain not what you ordered, contact us right away and we'll make it right.

What Can't Come Back

A few things are final sale:
Sale and clearance items
Jewelry
Personal care and beauty products
Custom and special orders
Perishable goods
Gift cards

Not sure if your item qualifies? Just ask — we're happy to check before you ship anything.

Exchanges

The fastest route to the right item: return the one you have, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for what you actually want. That way it doesn't sell out while your return is in transit.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days for online purchases, or onto a gift card for in-store purchases. Keep in mind your bank or credit card company may need a few extra days to post it on their end.
