We're so glad you're here. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order from our racks to your doorstep.

Processing Your Order

We pack every order by hand, and it takes us 1 to 3 business days (weekends and holidays not included) to get yours boxed up and out the door. You'll get an email when your order is confirmed, and another when it ships.

Shipping Time

Once it leaves us, standard shipping takes 7 to 14 business days. That's an estimate — carrier delays happen, and they're out of our hands, but we'll always do our part to keep things moving.

Shipping Rates

Orders over $100 ship free.

Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $7.95.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can watch it make its way to you. (We know you will. We do it too.)

Where We Ship

We currently ship anywhere in the United States. Double-check your address at checkout — once a package is on its way, we can't reroute it.

If Something Goes Wrong

If your order hasn't shown up within the estimated window, reach out to us through the website and we'll help you track it down.

A quick note on addresses: we ship to the address you give us, so we can't take responsibility for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, the claim goes through the shipping carrier. Hang onto all the packaging and the damaged items — you'll need them to file.

One More Thing

We ship all shoes outside of their original boxes. It keeps shipping costs down and your shoes arrive just the same.
